Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition (unworn and undamaged). We do not accept returns on pierced earrings or personalised items. Please make sure to carefully read the product descriptions prior to purchasing any items.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The items were purchased in the last 14 days.

• The items are in the original packaging.

  The following items cannot be returned:

• The supply of items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of items which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Items

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.
